{"id":14327,"date":"2025-04-08T08:27:16","date_gmt":"2025-04-08T08:27:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/af-net.eu\/?p=14327"},"modified":"2025-04-08T08:27:18","modified_gmt":"2025-04-08T08:27:18","slug":"nl_425_maestria_blood-samples","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.af-net.eu\/en\/nl_425_maestria_blood-samples\/","title":{"rendered":"MAESTRIA-AFNET 10 &#8211; Collection of blood samples"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"header-small-aktuelles\">\r\n        <div class=\"header-small-headline\">\r\n            <h5>Beitr\u00e4ge<\/h5><h1> <strong>AKTUELLES<\/strong><\/h1>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo, 07.04.2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-afnet-blau-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3e94f420154928821fa49ebfc978b88a\">MAESTRIA-AFNET 10 &#8211; Collection of blood samples<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Collection and procedure of blood samples within MAESTRIA-AFNET 10<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Collection:<\/strong><br>A total of 26 tubes will be collected for one patient:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>12 aliquots of SST tube,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 aliquots of EDTA blood,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 aliquots of buffy coat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please find a detailed procedure for the collection of blood samples in the study protocol (see Appendix 7, page 47+48).<br><br><strong>Labelling:<\/strong><br>The samples collected will be pseudonymized using the MAESTRIA ID code \u201cCCSSS-XXXX\u201d:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CC: a 2-digit country code (DE, FR, ES)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SSS: a 3-digit site number (001; 002, etc)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>XXXX: a 4-digit sequential subject number starting with 1001<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Storage:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The biosamples will be stored at -80\u00b0C until the end of recruitment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afterwards your CRA will arrange a shipment with you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Documentation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The collection and processing of the biosample for each patient will be documented on the Requisition Form Biobank (ISF 12.1). <br>The appropriate temperature of your freezer will be documented on a temperature log (ISF 12.1) on weekly basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Beitr\u00e4ge AKTUELLES Mo, 07.04.2025 MAESTRIA-AFNET 10 &#8211; Collection of blood samples Collection and procedure of blood samples within MAESTRIA-AFNET 10 Collection:A total of 26 tubes will be collected for one patient: Please find a detailed procedure for the collection of blood samples in the study protocol (see Appendix 7, page 47+48).
