Patients with a transient requirement for DAPT (e.g. after receiving a stent) will be eligible when the need for DAPT is no longer present<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" without overt AF and at least two stroke risk factors leading to a modified CHA2DS2VASc score of 2 or more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" anticoagulation with edoxaban did not significantly reduce the incidence of a composite of cardiovascular death, stroke, or systemic embolism as compared with placebo, but it led to a higher incidence
